Star Wars — “The Rise of Skywalker”

Star Wars The Rise of Skywalker

COVID chronicles: Happy Easter!  🐣 Death, birth, and resurrection. What better time to finally catch up on Star Wars. I’m glad I watched it so… I know what happened?

Her – “What is that character’s name?”

Me – “I don’t know, I don’t know any of the new characters – Ren, Kylo, Ray, Bob, something like that.”

Her – “Didn’t he kill his father?”

Me – “No, the other guy killed his father, and that other guy killed his father, but now she is supposed to kill her grandfather.”

Her – “Wait, I thought that guy was dead?”

Me – “He is dead. But he joined the Force, and is coming back to give sage advice”.

Her – “But is the other guy dead?”

Me – “Everybody thought so, but the Sith somehow kept him alive.”

Her – “Wait, now I am SURE Carrie Fisher is dead, but that really looks like her!”

Me – “Right, she is dead, but they’re using her CGI image as a live character.”

I won’t spoil the ending, but believe me, somebody dies…I think…

Requiescat in pace.  🐇
